Cancellation Terms

Package trips booked and purchased through Lumi Tours can be canceled for a fee in accordance with the Swedish Package Travel Act. To minimize the fee, it is recommended to purchase cancellation protection. For more information, see "Cancellation Protection" below.

If cancellation protection has been purchased at the time of booking, and a valid reason for cancellation arises in accordance with the terms of the cancellation protection, cancellation of all or part of the travel components must be made immediately after the hindrance occurs.

The trip must always be canceled before departure for any potential refund to be considered. Only the purchaser or main traveler can cancel a booked trip. In the event of cancellation outside our opening hours, always contact the airline and/or hotel directly.

Subsequently, inform Lumi Tours of the actions taken.

Cancellation Protection

To enable the cancellation of a trip due to illness or other serious, verifiable hindrances, we recommend purchasing separate cancellation insurance. 

Administrative Fee for Changes

In cases where changes can be made, Lumi Tours will charge an administrative fee in addition to any costs charged by the airline or hotel. The fee is always at least 495 SEK per person. Name changes must be completed before departure, and any changes must always be confirmed in writing by both the purchaser/main traveler and Lumi Tours before being implemented. Only the purchaser or main traveler can request changes to a booked trip.
